Cancellations
- Cancellations for any reason made 24 hours prior to the event will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Damage to Equipment
Damaged blower, burnt drop cord, damage to item rented will have to be
paid for once problem has been determined and fixed; the client will receive the bill(s) for said repairs.
Refunds

| Non-payment of final deposit | 50% of advance |

In the circumstances, The Fun Company Inc. shall not become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage in respect to any person or property
howsoever caused or arising from the use or handling of the equipment.
